"They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. "Terrible communication with management, unsafe neighbourhood , almost got mugged and almost got hit by bike , the street had deep massive potholes,main scanner barely worked , elevator door closed on my head , internet was spotty , tv didn’t work half the time , phone in room didn’t work, had maintenance to come to fix it ,even after he fixed it it still didn’t work , never came the second time "

"Foi muito ruim;o local e horrivel o atendimento e ruim ,limpeza nao existe.Passei 5 dias sem limpar ou trocar o lençol que por sinal e a unica coisa que dao,sem fronha ,sem toalha,sem sabonete bom resumindo nada so o quarto e a cama.Por sinal o hostel e todo de agromerado.Nunca mais volto."
