O hotel não tinha a minha reserva no meu check-in, fui colocada em outro quarto, porém no dia do check-out, estavam com o meu celular na ficha da cliente que ficou com o meu quarto, eu fiz o check-out aproximadamente as 10:00hs, recebi msg e telefonema que a minha diária já tinha vencido e que tinha que fazer o check-out, a recepção está muito longe de ser organizada.

Cama não agradou colchão de mola muito mole, os travesseiros eram muito baixos solicitamos mais um para poder melhorar o conforto e foi negado por mais de um atendente, o box estava vazando água e não havia controle do televisor no quarto também solicitei para recepção e não atenderam.
