"Being right in the Historic Center makes this hotel a very good option. Easy to walk everywhere, staff are nice and overall good value for the price. The reason I gave overall 4 stars was because they have no airport shuttle, which was important to me on this trip. I specifically looked for shuttle services hotels when doing my search on Expedia and this came up as an option was in reality, they do not offer it. Aside from that, I have no complaints"

"This place is one of those hidden gems you almost don’t want to leave a review out of fear more people will find out. The rooms are beautifully curated and the attentiveness of staff is unmatched. The property is quiet despite being located in the middle of the hustle and bustle of downtown. "I had a room facing the street that was beautiful for sunrise but very noise around 4am, when large trucks used their airbrakes. Interior room have windows into lightshafts that don't suite me. The room itself was nice. It takes about 5 minutes for the hotwater to arrive in the shower. Reception staff were ok. Dinning room staff were very accomodating."

"My room was really large and clean, but the rooms face an internal area (no windows facing outside) so if anyone is in the courtyard area you can hear everything. Saturday nights are super loud! But the rooms are really nice and large and its in a good area. There is a large hole in the sidewalk in front of the front door that I got my foot stuck in and fell down. I hope they fix it soon. "

"This is my preferred hotel for Mexico City trips. The check-in is very easy and the staff is extremely attentive. The breakfast buffet has so many options and you meet so many people during breakfast. The first night I was placed in a room with an exterior window on the first floor which was extremely noisy. The staff was nice enough to move me to a different room where I was able to get some good rest. So keep in mind if you're a light sleeper ask for a room that does not face the main road....
