"Great location, clean, lots of car honking which wasn’t as bad as expected during the night. Staff was helpful for the most part but became noticeably put off when asked for extra coffee pods which unlike a hotel they do not replenish. Also no daily service. "

"What a fantastic hotel ..just a minute walk from Zocalo Square..made us feel so comfortable…breakfast there was awesome so make sure include it in your booking..they even arrange a cab and took us right to the cab person to the airport..what else a tourist wants …. The place is superbly safe and lots of food available there 😊"
