"I had a room facing the street that was beautiful for sunrise but very noise around 4am, when large trucks used their airbrakes. Interior room have windows into lightshafts that don't suite me. The room itself was nice. It takes about 5 minutes for the hotwater to arrive in the shower. Reception staff were ok. Dinning room staff were very accomodating."

"We had an amazing time in Mexico City and at this hotel. It was very central and walking distance to many places. The staff was friendly and every accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and Robert our waiter was great! We did have one incident with the cleaning staff moving out personal items around, which lead to leaving my husband's beats behind, and when asked if they could ship to our home, the charge was $165, so I opted out and just bought new ones, so just make sure you don't leave...

"Very nice hotel and the staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating. Rooftop patio has a great view and pool, and the location is prime! Not a big fan of the Queen room for a couple as the wall that separates the bathroom from the bedroom doesnt go all the way, so if you get up to visit the bathroom at night the light and sound will wake your partner up"

"Only bad thing is parking this place doesn’t have parking, but there is plenty of parking around the area where you can leave your car safely "

"The staff at Umbral was incredibly warm and helpful. They made our stay very comfortable. The room was very nice. The design of the building was cool (especially the elevator), and the cafe downstairs, Ojo de Agua has delicious juices, and a good breakfast menu. The area around the hotel is a bit loud and congested, which was the downside. "
