The host is extremely nice and helpful. Very friendly. Answered my questions. The place is clean and easy access to everything. We enjoyed our stay. Will come back again for sure. 10/10
Beds looked dirty but bedding was okay. I arrived at night and surroundings seemed a bit sketchy. Rooms are outdated and noisy in the lobby area. Very limited dining. I thought it said free breakfast when booking but nothing available and was not told about it when checking in. Also, we found a roach in the room. But staff were very friendly and were able to help me with my booking problem.

Really small room , something in the bedsheets gave us an allergic reaction
Great hotel and very well kept. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless as well as the hotel itself. The area is commercial/industrial/residential. I liked it and the price cannot be beat.
There are a lot of noise going on around the hotel. A lot of people staying at the sofa of my room making phones call very loud and didn't let me sleep. Sorry, I know that they do their best, but is a Big no for me

Room (double double) incredivly small. Less than 150 sq ft? No window, no AC. Not recommended. We would never stay again.
Overall a good place. Wifi worked great, lots of hot water. Rooms recently upgraded. Neighborhood a bit intimidating at night if youre not comfortable with Mexican side streets at night but didnt feel dangerous. Rooms only ventilation is by opening the window to courtyard which means no privacy and can be noisy at night with the window open. Be sure to request a room far away from the front desk /elevator side. Staff were very helpful.
It was tucked away in a quiet area away from the busy part of the center of the city but close enough to all conveniences. I didn’t like that they didn’t honor the price I booked at because I didn’t paid in pesos, so I had to pay $40.00 USD more.
