"For the price and Hilton name , it was average. Very much a convention and wedding hotel ! Area is ok. Street closed to cars on Sundays . Demonstrations are frequent, so front door boarded up a military placed at front. The restaurant will not serve you only alcohol, unless you buy food. At the bar I was overcharged by Carlos , did not say anything, but there after every time we were there I requested an itemized bill , which seemed to me to be a chore !!"
