"Very nicely done apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment is very clean and well furnished. The only complaint I have is that shortly after checking in we noticed that the lock on the sliding glass door to the balcony (2nd floor) was broken and the door did not lock. I’ve had people break in to my home in Mexico City via the balcony before and there are ways for them to access this balcony fairly easily so I quickly reported this via the App and the guard downstairs Someone did come...

"Great price for what it is and location. I also paid for the night before i landed also so i could sleep after red eye flight, and messaged the hostel to inform. When i arrived they said they had already canceled my reservation and that there wasnt any more space. I told them i sent a message days ago and then they say i had to call."

"This quaint hotel was located in the Condesa neighborhood about 25 minutes from Palacio de Bellas Artes (without traffic). It is within walking distance to Chapultepec Castle. It was easy to grab an Uber. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The hot water however was a bit fidgety and would get cold after a few minutes. Other than that the room was okay. We did not get the of wine that should have been included. Breakfast was filling, they offered fruit, tea/coffee, toast and your choice...

"Staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. I got the best egg and cheese sandwich I ever ate right next door at Ema y Clara. There is a bar on the terraza called Cuatro Piso which has pretty cheap beers, great music, and friendly wait staff. I am not sure if it is open every night, but I checked in on a Friday night after a long day of flights and connections and as tired as I was there was still no way I could sleep so I joined the party 🙃."

"The owner is a racist. She smokes and the entire house smells of cigarettes. The bathroom had putrid water sitting in the bathtub. She gave us the wrong keys and would not help us when we could not open the door. Her housekeeper came and confirmed that the keys were wrong. "Really nice place. Great safe location close to lots of restaurants. It was clean and comfortable. It was nice and quiet. If we needed any kind of service we had to go track the guy down. Even though it was a rao bedroom apartment we only got 2 towels. There is a washer/dryer combo that works but no instructions. We had to learn the hard way how to use it. (Use the last setting btw if you want dry clothes). Good water pressure and lots of hot water! Overall we would definitely stay here...
