"We had an ocean front suite. It was large ,had a small kitchen ,big Living Room , (2) Large Flat Screens and a Nice Balcony. 22nd floor. It was Outstanding !"

"My check in was good and everything amazing the breakfast, the room, the beds comfortable, in a few everything great , only when I did my check out I came back to so bad the front desk with the same person and I told her I forgot my phone charger and she told me I can’t activate again the key, sorry ! But I said her I know that but you can speak with Talk to the housekeeping department manager if they can open the room, the ladies are cleaning right ? And she didn’t help me ! I went upstairs to talk with the service cleaner and she help to me !"

"We booked this hotel after our current reservation at another hotel was a disaster and had to be cancelled. Luckily, the Sonesta had a room available and we had stayed there before. Very friendly staff made all the difference in turning our frowns upside down!"
