"A beautiful place next to Virginia Waters. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only down side was the room was very hot but very comfortable and well decorated. Even got a chocolate on arrival "

"Hotel was convenient and well priced in relation to other nearby hotels for the dates at the time. Parking and check-in was easy and the room a decent size with various mod cons. The only downsides were the travel iron (not great) and heating. The pub is right next door presenting a good option but food wasn’t great and male server not that helpful. Also annoying to ask for tip when I have to order for the food at the bar ahead of eating it. "

"We booked this hotel as we were looking for somewhere quiet but also close to London and near by attractions. We found our experience here delightful the hotel room was cleaned to a very high standard and the staff were very friendly, even going out there way to move our room to a ground floor one due to my daughter being disabled. We ate hear for tea and breakfast both days and found the menu plentiful and food of high standard yet reasonably priced. Highly recommend and we will definitely book...

"This was our 9th time here, as a group of fellow motorcyclists, this place is a Central meeting place for all of us. The Dog house could do with a lick of paint, but it is clean. Good selection of drinks, decent meals and a good breakfast. "

"Not bad for a london hotel but it is just rooms above a pub. A nice place to stay if you are visiting Kew Gardens. However, the room we stayed in had a single glazed window with very poor seals. So the room was cold alll night and the wind whistled through the window and rattled it. In addition the bed was incredibly hard (not just a firm mattress) and the sink in the bathroom was leaking.
