"The property was great, breakfast option while basic was sufficient. The rooms while the usual Japanese small were modern and cleaned daily. I found the staff very unhelpful. We wanted to forward our bags to our next destination and after asking on 3 occasions and being told it would be a delay of 1 week I called the luggage company directly who confirmed my suspicions. "Convenient to Universal Studios, dining options at City Walk and Universal City Station. Rooms were very clean and tidy, however only 4 single beds provided for a family of 5, when booked for 5. "

"Great location. Cool amenities. The washer is weak and the dryer even weaker. Had to do 2 hours drying and still damp. I also did not like the hidden fee when I checked in. That was lame. The rest is great tho "

"The room we chose for this part of our stay was huge in relation to normal Japanese hotel rooms. We were able to comfortably lay out our 4 suitcases to help pack our purchases for our journey home. This room even had a sitting area where you could relax. (Actually, this review is for the latter part of our stay, not for this part when we had a smaller room). The staff is friendly, professional and polite. They have amenities (toothbrush, washcloth, face lotions, etc. in the lobby to help...

Convenient location with modern rooms

" Great location close to everything. Walking distance to Dotonburi Street and station is downstairs to hotel. 7-11 ATM is close by if you need cash and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants downstairs if you are hungry after walking around all day. Rooms were modern and clean and beautiful view of the city. Loved the European architecture in lobby area and around hotel. Staff were helpful and sent my sweater I left in room after check out on accident to my next hotel. Laundry service was quick and affordable. Only complaint is that I wished they offer to help you bring luggage up to your room especially it being a 4 star hotel. That gesture will go a long way when it was a battle just to get the luggage to hotel through all the stations or airports. "
