"The home was gorgeous, as is online. Not only was the home really clean it smelled clean. Communication between the host was great and on point. My only disliking was that the heated pool is listed in amenities at booking. One day or two before check in the host messaged me informing me that heat in the pool would be an extra $50 per day. That should have been listed. Other than that, my stay was marvelous. "

"We had the best 4 night stay in Key Biscayne. This condo at the Ritz was perfect for our family. James, the host, went over and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be back. Every morning, we started our day with coffee in the Ritz lounge. Then we woke up the kids to have a few hours of beach/pool time. Everyday we had lunch poolside and it was delicious. The service at the hotel was amazing as well. It’s a must stay condo and resort for the family. "

"The house was beautiful and clean with the exception of a few dirty dishes, a hair in my bed sheets, and one towel that smelled like mildew. The communication with the owner was quick and helpful. There were no check-in or out instructions so I wasn’t aware that I was going to meet with the owner in person for the house keys and instructions. "For the time we were there, the house was accommodating. We were allowed early entry by the owner, that was great and he left a welcome gift. One of the beds was broken but we managed to deal with it. The visit was short but sweet."

"We came down to Miami from Manhattan for a business dinner on Friday in Brickell. We loved staying at the Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne resort. The suite was very nice and had everything as described. We highly recommend the room and the hotel"

"Loved the location and home. A minute walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Great hot tub in the back yard. Lots of stairs in the house, but I believe there was an elevator (we didn’t try it though)."
