"The hotel was lovely, check in was easy, but be aware if you book through a third party (Expedia) they might charge you an early check in fee. They didn’t charge us, but advised they were “waiving” it. Room, hallways, hotel area were immaculate and well maintained, as were the grounds, but the casino and everything around it, including restaurants smelled of smoke. Smoking allowed indoors, other than that it was very nice"

"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times in the past two decades. I love how conveniently located it is to downtown Palm Springs, the wonderful restaurants and the casino. The staff, tho sparse during this off season, is very helpful, informative and efficient. The rooms could use an update but they are clean and comfortable. I recommend this property when staying in Palm Springs. "

"I loved this property and my room. The only negative is that the shower water pressure was horrible. I took me longer to take a shower. If maintenane would temove the water saver in the showe head that may help. I did not complain. So not managements fault. "

"The best place to stay in Hemet! Spacious rooms! Beautiful views. So clean! Great amenities…comfy bed. Very nice bathroom with spa products and great water pressure. Loved the fitness center, nice equipment, plenty of room to work out. Chrome cast TVs, so I could use my phone to access my apps. Used room service for breakfast, delicious food & speedy service. Valet parking if you choose, but self parking was easy. Pool was large, but it was not hot enough during my steamy to swim. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was my 2nd stay, and I will be back whenever I’m in the area. "
