"Staff in all departments were so accomodating and helpful, and friendly especially the lead concierge. Charissa helped set us up in better 2nd room for rest of family. The new years day extras was so nice."

"Great convenient place to stay. Near many attractions and restaurants and shopping. Rooms were clean although housekeeping comes only every three days. But when asked for necessities ii e towels etc staff was very accommodating. Grest view of fireworks on New Year’s Eve!!"

"We had a lovely stay with our boys just before New Years. I was looking for a hotel that was fun and quirky with a great pool. This fit the bill. Loved the pool and hot tubs. great vibe and great music. Our room overlooking the pool was a fun shade of yellow and very comfy. Had to return to the lobby a lot as the room keys were malfunctioning. Other than that - loved it! Such a great property. There were a mix of families with kids and couples. And all were welcome. "

"This was our second stay at Embassy Temecula…we liked it so much the first time. The front desk people were nice and courteous. The room was awesome. It was spacious, quiet, extremely comfortable and extremely clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We loved the happy hour with the free cocktails and loved the delicious daily breakfast. One of the bartenders, Jennifer, was outstanding! She was fast, efficient, very friendly and made awesome drinks. The bartender on the second night was the total opposite. I didn’t catch his name, but he was not Jennifer. He was very slow and wasn’t friendly. We will, however, definitely stay at Embassy SuitesTemecula again. "
