"We have been coming to the Mauna Lani for 25 years and it has always been fabulous! We love the remodel, dining options and how friendly everyone is! You can walk or hop on a bike to go to the Mauna Lani market...which is a great market! We also love the Deli/market on the property...it has great options for breakfast, lunch and snacks!"

"This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Understated and tasteful elegance. Fantastic rooms with amazing balconies, world class beach, impeccable service, excellent grounds, fine dining at Manta, but also a beachfront casual bar/restaurant, and Copper Bar in between and our favorite. They have an Asian Art Collection worthy of a museum. This was out of our usual price range, a big splurge, and worth every penny. We are already trying to figure out how to swing it to go back next winter. "

"We had a great time and would definitely return. Our room was a little outdated but it was clean. The housekeeping was excellent. Location was fantastic. Could easily walk into town. Parking was good. Was upset the lagoon was not open to swim. Luau was great. Our room had a good view of the wster. Wish the chairs on balcony were more comfortable. All in all it was fantastic."

"I visited the big island with my best friend for a conference. The conference was at the Fairmont Orchid and Waimea was a perfect stay! I appreciated staying in a cozy place, in such a cute city. The country lodge had everything I needed for my 5 day stay and was within driving distance to all the places we went to!"
