The hotel is very close to the airport, they have a shuttle that can bring you to and from the airport. Staff was super nice, parking available with a fee.

Great hotel in the heart of Kona! Walkable to Kona Brewery, shopping, and more. Parking was paid but super convenient at the hotel. Rooms were large, clean, and had great amenities. Breakfast was the perfect way to start the day and every staff member we interacted with was kind and professional. We'll be back on our next trip to Big Island!

Donna at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and roomy. Didn't like the idea about paying for parking at the hotel but I was told it is standard practice at all hotels. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. It was clean and very comfortable. Worth the price for sure. We liked that it had free breakfast to help save on eating out and the beds were very comfortable. This hotel was fine for a one-night stay after a long day of travel before heading to Hilo. Be aware that parking costs $15 per night. The hotel tends to attract families and large groups, so it’s not the quietest option. The hot tub and pool could have been cleaner, but the free breakfast was a nice perk and helped save on dining costs. The room was adequate—questionably clean but manageable for a short stay. The highlight was the friendly and helpful front desk staff, who upgraded us to a suite when our original room wasn’t available. Plus, it’s a quick walk to the main part of town, which was convenient.

We had a great day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived just before midnight. They assisted us in finding parking even though no stalls were available. They even offered us water when we were thirsty after a long trip. We’ll definitely stay here again. Very close to the waterfront, tons of shops and a beautiful walk.
