Unsatisfying
The staff were generally quite nice, but otherwise the hotel is incredibly run down. Two out of three elevators were out of service, the electronic door locks don't work properly, my toilet didn't flush, the hot water takes 15 minutes to come on, the pool is very run down and the gym is only open 10-6.

Vanha mutta siisti hotelli jossa palvelu ystävällistä ja hyvää. Aamiainen erittäin monipuolinen ja hyvä. Sijainti keskustaan nähden hieman kaukana mutta taksilla pääsi hyvin joka suuntaan, myös hop-on-hop-off kiertoajelubussi pysähtyi hotellin edessä.

생각보다 훨 좋았어요.
쿠바가 워낙 호텔들이 오래되고 낙후되어서 여기도 그렇겠지 했는데 생각보다 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 아침 식사도 휼륭하고요. 로비 천장에 비가 새는게 좀 불안해 보였지만 그것도 추억이네요. 특히 로비에서 시가 샾이 있었는데 제품이나 가격 다 좋더군요.

Architektur sehr gut. Nicht gefallen hat uns die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer. Bei Einzug viele Haare von Vormieter auf Boden gefunden.

Todavía está en una profunda remodelación. Le faltan muchos arreglos elementales al hotel como los elevadores, contactos eléctricos, pisos, alfombras, etc. Cuando esté terminado será muy bonito. Tiene una vista fenomenal al mar.

The view is incredible. From the room and from the lobby. You could just sit there for hours staring at the malecón, while the incredible staff tends to your every need.
