"I highly recommend this hotel ! Its location is just perfect ! I love how it’s located by the River Thames (St. Katharine’s Dock) and literally beside the beautiful Tower Bridge. There are restaurants, coffee shops, a mini mart nearby, as well as at the Tower of London side (Starbucks, Paul’s etc). The sight of the Tower Bridge everyday from our bedroom is unmatched. The staff were very helpful and courteous. I will definitely come back to this hotel with my family. "

"This was an excellent choice for a first time visit to beautiful London. The area was extremely convenient for sightseeing and more. I appreciated that having needed a refrigerator for my medical supplies, your concierge service and security were able to coordinate my insulin being chilled until check in was sorted. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and always fresh as well. Room service was also very good and fast. Our room was extremely comfortable and the soaps and cremes in the room were most appreciated. "So glad I’m booked to come back again, lovely relaxing feel despite being in the heart of the town. Had a room view that had the City and St Paul’s and the millennium bridge. "

"The hotel was pretty modern and had everything we needed. It was incredibly quiet internally (no slamming doors or chattering guests despite being fully booked) and the double glazing blocked out a lot of the external road noise. We were fine with a compact room however it was very hard to get around one side of the bed without whacking your leg on the wall. That’s my only minor complaint however I’d happily stay for 1 night again because it’s good value compared to similar hotels around St Pancras. "

"For a very inexpensive hotel the lobby/restaurant had a great vibe. Fun, but not loud. Room was small but clean and functional. I would happily stay here again coming or going from Heathrow."
