"Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! I read that the staff was amazing and wow, they lived up to it! We were there for a girl’s weekend celebrating our daughter’s 9th birthdays. The staff was so attentive and made everyone feel special. After exploring London, we all agreed the location was perfect. It was quiet, yet close to all the action. "Even though the carpets were worn the room and bathroom were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even let us into our room and hour early when we got there. There is no air conditioning so opening the window is the only way to get cool air. There is currently a large construction project behind the hotel so don't plan on sleeping in."
