"Good arrival experience, nice little touches such as the complementary teas and coffees. Would have been nice to have a little milk available too. Fantastic location. Having a family above with a young child who ran constantly on the floor immediately above us until past midnight each night we were there was really irritating when added to the underground sound too. "Even though the carpets were worn the room and bathroom were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even let us into our room and hour early when we got there. There is no air conditioning so opening the window is the only way to get cool air. There is currently a large construction project behind the hotel so don't plan on sleeping in."
