"Avoid at all costs! It’s a scam place. I pre paid for three nights and when I got there they said they don’t make online reservations as it was 3-4am in the morning and was exhausted after flying from London I had no other option than pay for one night in cash as they do t take card. The place stinks and it’s filthy! They normally charge per hour so my understanding it’s for prostitutes! When I got to the room there was a box of condoms beside the bed. Toilet was disgusting!! "The gentleman who checked us in spoke limited English but was absolutely lovely. Always smiling and we communicated via Google Translate. Accom was more than enough with a fancy Japanese toilet and new Smart TV. The neighbours were a bit noisy, about a 10 min walk to Bui Vien Walking St and 20 mins to Ben Thanh. Otherwise a cheap Grab will get you to both. "

"All-around positive experience. The room was large and very clean. There’s a coffee shop on the entry level, which I liked. Decent location depending on what you prefer to be close to. Staff was very nice and helpful."

"The property was ina great location for me to walk to visit family and friends. Staff were extremely helpful and very responsive. I had to ask for water and the internet info but received both very quickly. The shampoo and shower gel containers were empty."
