"The staff was okay but seemed to be short staffed. The cable TV was out in the whole hotel 6 days we were there. We were finally told the hotel had not paid their cable bill! This was shocking and unacceptable in a 4 star hotel to have no TV reception at all for 6 days. "

"Very expensive for one night. I wouldn’t say the hotel lives up to what they charged. It is a very nice hotel in a great neighborhood. They have an excellent breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Rooms have an interestingly stocked mini-bar. Short walk to Little Island, which is a must-see, if you’ve never been. I’d stay again but would wait for a more reasonable price if I had more flexible dates and locations. "
