"I actually loved this hotel, the room was the biggest of any we booked in Japan and was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that this location is in more of a business area and slightly further away from any entertainment. However, there is a shopping area nearby as well as food options and the Iidabashi train station a block or two away. I will definitely book this hotel chain again maybe just not this specific location. But it was a great stay! "

"Lovely hotel, spacious rooms with amenities provided, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The location is good if you like to go out drinking, clubbing etc however it is in the kind of red light district with love hotels everywhere so keep that in mind before booking. Overall 9/10"

"The hotel was connected to the train line by an overpass making it super convenient to get to Tokyo Disney resort and still possible to get to Tokyo center quite easily. "

"I don’t want to hype it up too much and let the secret out of the bag but Ryōgoku is a great place to stay in Tokyo if you like things a little lore on the mellow side. Only a few stops from “the city” but the Sumida River is a great buffer from the hectic. I enjoyed several nice morning walks on the river walk and thru the nearby memorial park and private garden. Lots of great eating in the hotel restaurants and around the station. Easy access to JR Line and the Subway. Wanted Ueno but glad we got Ryōgoku!"

"The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and almost perfect with regards to its cleanliness, service, and price. There are two issues though. I travelled in April and Japan was still cold on most days. The hotel kept the air conditioner (AC) on all night. It took them two days to turn on the heat but on the fifth day, they went back to the AC and said they were not allowed to turn the heat on again. Those cold nights were uncomfortable. The second issue was with their laundry room. If you need to do laundry, you have to wait hours to use one of the four machines. Once you use it, the drying function never actually dries your clothes even after two hours. I had to catch my flight with wet clothes in my bag. There are machines on the market that can wash and dry in 30 minutes. I think the hotel should invest in those machines. Most of them are energy efficient nowadays. If the hotel is trying to conserve energy, two hours to wash and semi-dry is not the way to do it. For the travelers who like to wash while traveling, there 24-hour laundromats in the area but nothing near this hotel. The 24 hour laundromats have 30 minute washers and 30 minute dryers. "

"This place was truly an amazing stay. It’s clean, quiet, safe, and nice. The rooms are small, don’t trust the images because they make the rooms seem a lot bigger, but they’re very nice. The best part is HOW CLOSE to the airport it is. It’s literally connected. And you’re always connected to a train station to take you anywhere. This was truly the best option for a hotel. I can not recommend them enough!"
