"Typical hotel in Tokyo, small , clean , pretty quiet. the bad thing is it's central AC, so during colder season when we went there, the central heater was on which is a bit too hot for us. the front desk did inform us about this and let us know that we can keep the window open which we did. The downside is, there is bar nearby so might be a bit noisier for some people. We had no problem with it though, if anything I find it kinds of cool you get to see / hear locals enjoying their time.
