"This hotel was excellent - fantastic and helpful service, very clean both in the rooms and in the common areas, great food, serene atmosphere, and generously sized rooms. Our room had a balcony with a private onsen, which was absolutely worth the splurge. The view was beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfy the futons were when we slept. The location was convenient to the bus lines but still so peaceful and quiet. 10/10 stars, without hesitation. I would love to come back!"

"Beautiful ryokan that has been a highlight of our trip. There was so much food for both dinner and breakfast, which gave us the chance to try some more unusual dishes. The staff make the place, friendly and attentive, they make you feel very welcomed and take care of all your needs."
