"It is a 5 min walk from the station, the rooms are clean and the building feels new. The real differentiator though is the onsen on the 12 floor with sauna, hot and cold baths... a treat."

"The thing that rises above the rest is the warm and professional nature of the staff that are eager to ensure that guests feel welcome and taken cared off. Also the grounds are stunning—beautiful gardens and a close hiking trail. Onsen was great and mostly empty with a stunning view and you could track how busy it was from your hotel room before venturing forth. I will most definitely be back. Dinner is expensive as a heads up."

The staff were wonderful and so helpful and we enjoyed our favourite meal of the trip in the sushi restaurant. Most definitely a highlight. "Awesome onsen hotel in Ito near the beach. Nearby izakayas were great as well. Area wasn't the most walkable (heavy car traffic) but other than that it was a great calm local stay. Would stay again"
