"Excellent hotel located on a quiet street. About 25min walk from train station. Fairly new hotel with nice staff. There is a large market about 15min walk. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Limited breakfast, either Japanese or Western sandwich. Dinner is also limited with beef don or ramen. Half the rooms will have great view of Mt Fuji. Free morning shuttle service to train station. Will stay there again in future."

"There's a shuttle service at the hotel for kawaguchiko station and a bike rental next door. "

"Hotel room is super nice. We were lucky to see Mt Fuji, wow. Staff is amazing, nice and hard working. Property itself is far from Kawaguchiko town, and cannot get off the hotel property without a drive from staff. Cannot give it less than 5 stars because of that view from our room."

Property provided fun activities to take advantage of the beautiful environment. Definitely need to arrange transportation as restaurants and main town is not in walking distance and public transport does not come often. "
