"I had to come into town for business but brought along my son and puppy for a night away. The property is absolutely lovely!! The rooms, the grounds and the entire Inn is beautiful. The staff was kind, attentive, polite and professional. I would definitely recommend The Latch Inn and would stay there again...and the breakfast was amazing!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! Our room was on the ground floor close to the ice machine and pop machine. The complimentary breakfast was delcious with something for everyone. Housekeeping is done daily. Our room was spacious with a cook top, mini fridge, microwave, small bathroom and a balcony we were not expecting. The check in process was very smooth and I was able to check out from my room and let the hotel know what time we would be leaving. You can find everything you need within walking distance. The beach is 13 minutes away. Perfect hotel for the city! Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future"

"Disappointing to arrive and discover one hot tub closed and no steam room as spa area closed due to storm damage. Nothing mentioned during booking. Now charging BC residents to park. Still a beautiful hotel but currently (Mar 2025) experiencing some challenges after a wild, windy winter. All to be resolved by summer?"

"Hotel rooms were very clean. Impressive! Well appointed and furnishings lovely and beds comfortable. Only problem encountered was with the coffee makers, which I understand are new for everone. Didn't make coffee, only jot water, after wasting 3 pods. Got coffee at the cafe. Only suggestion is to have a mirror outside of the bathroom so you can get dressed, do makeup, hair, while bathroom is occupied. Speeds things up in the morning. Otherwise, this is a beautiful hotel with a lovely Oceanside location in a spectacular little town that is a great getaway. Every employee we had contact with could not have been more helpful. Everyone was kind and polite. We will be back for sure. Thanks to all who made our short stay a treat. "
