"Like many Fairmont properties in Canada, this is an historic hotel in Victoria, located right in the centre of town. To start with the positive, the restaurants in the hotel were wonderful, with great food and really first class service. I very highly recommend the afternoon tea, which is well worth the high price! The pool complex is also nice, although the hot tub was not functioning. Now to the concerns. The Hotel itself seemed somewhat understaffed, room cleaning seemed to miss (no soap at...

"The rooms are new and clean. It is trendy shabby chic. Great restaurant, bar, and liquor store all around. Pool wasn’t open but I will come back and stay in the summer. Floyd’s Dinner is part of the hotel - bonus! Will stay again. "
