"Super hotel, super service . We were a family of 3 generations aged 23 to 81. The hotel suited all of us for a quiet relaxing week away. Every member of staff had a genuine smile an seemed pleased to work there. We were half board and more than happy with the main buffet restaurant. "The majority of staff were really helpful and kind and added to my solo visit. Despite mynoriginal booking needsbbeing clear and speaking in advance with the hotels reservations i was given a room on the 8th floor with mainly a street view on arrival. It was late so i took it. The next i day moved to suit my needs and disabilities. The room was comfortable, but i had to get my AC fixed. Despite being all inclusive it did not include tea/coffee etc in the room and i had to pay extra for this....

"When we arrived we were really impressed with Lobby and pool area - it’s a beautiful hotel. Check in had quite a big Q - not sure why they haven’t introduced on line check in as that would have made the process quicker. Rooms are a little dated but very clean with plenty of storage. No water in the room and we didn’t see any water filling stations - which is disappointing for what we paid. There’s loads of sun loungers and a lovely heated pool - we had to pay a deposit of 40 euro for pool...
