"It was a brilliant stay the only criticism as I am a large person it it would benefit them to remove the glass shower screen as this makes using the toilet difficult. (Fyi the shower and toilet are a wet room so this is possible)"

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights during our first trip to London. It was an excellent place to stay. The convenience of the location to Paddington station was priceless and made getting around London and getting back to our hotel so easy. The front desk staff was always kind and helpful and even helped me make a phone call one morning when I was having an issue with my Oyster card. "Location was great, train and tube stations were easily accessible. Area was nice and quiet with a couple pubs across the street. Staff was nice and friendly. I will say that if you purchase the breakfast package, it does get very crowded so I would get down to breakfast early. Overall, would definitely stay here again! "
