"The location of the hotel perfect for my needs. Check in and out easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Great price competitive for this hotel. Very big room. The furniture dated needs updating. Also pillows very hard! I had room 515, and had the report broken toilet handle it wouldn’t flush. They did send someone. "

"We were there visiting the cruft show and celebrate our anniversary, the hotel upgraded us. They even gave us champagne and chocolate which was so thoughtful. The receptionist was polite and efficient, hate in a super location and the parking was convenient, everything so central. The only complaint was the bed was so soft and pillow no support. "
