"For some people the room might be small. However my son and I got up early and went sightseeing and came back late, SO room size wasn't a problem. The staff was very helpful. "We had two rooms next to each other, the entrance and welcome is 5 star and the overall feel of the place a location near Buckingham Palace makes this feel like a very special hotel. For the first three days the only folks we saw on our floor was the one construction guy (very nice and worked quietly) but we could see every room around us was being refurbished except ours which was likely next. Finally saw others on our floor on our last night so it made us feel a little safer. I can’t say enough about the bellmen. They are fantastic...

"It was a great room newly refurbished and really lovely with a view of the London Eye room 610. Super close to the station and to everything especially Parliament and Big Ben. Wish it had a kettle for a cup of tea at night - don’t really want to pay for one at reception. And also a mini fridge as reception didn’t have ice But that aside I still give it 10/10 Wonderful friendly staff at reception too. Great hotel. "
