Hotel is located in an excellent area, next to the city centre, Victoria Station is at few mins walk. Price is very reasonable. Reception staff was very friendly and polite although the areas and the bathroom wasn’t very clean, I guess there’s an issue of dirty water coming back into the toilet.

The reception area is a desk in a cupboard. We were escorted to our room but advised we could not have the key to the room & they would let us in when we needed to get back in. It was myself & my daughter and neither of us felt safe. Needless to say we left & found another hotel nearby.

The beds were really comfortable. We did get given a key the whole time we were there. The guy on reception had to unlock our door everytime we came back. The walls had these stains on them as thiugh someone had been washing the walls and left halway through. The room smelt musty. Positives near station so easy to walk to. Area seemed safe and quiet.

The room was of a decent size. Wifi-5 GBP charge, cash only, acceptable for the price, but would have been nice to know needed cash beforehand. Also, had to ask for another towel, when the room was booked for 2 people. Corridors with rubbish, bed linen. Not the best maintained property, but you get what you pay for.

This is a scam rather than a hotel and it is a disgrace that Expedia lists it. I booked a night then tried to change it. Impossible! They either don't answer the phone, don't respond to emails, or someone with poor English talks nonsense.
