Hotel isnt bad for the price, thankfulky there were multiple beds in the room to choose from as the first one I picked was clearly broken. I nearly sank to the floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful, over all the room was clean. As all I wanted was a place to sleep for one night, it provided what I needed.

From the outside the accommodation looks amazing but as soon as you step inside it is a horror show. Recommend in avoiding but If you are desperate and it is the only place available but it was so disappointing! Just can't believe Expedia has on there site its truly unacceptable

Bed was comfy, good quality quilt. Lovely pubs and restaurants around the area, close to underground for easy travel. Only issue is it’s such a loud hotel, walls are paper thin we managed to hear our neighbours evening plans, woken up multiple times in the night by doors slamming/upstairs floors creaking.

Good price. Shame there was no TVs in any of the rooms, despite the website saying every room was equipped with a TV. It meant my partner stayed in and had to read a book!! They provided enough tea/coffee for 2 cups, a spoon wouldn't hurt to stir the drinks!!

Accommodation for Remembrance Sunday Parade.
Close to Victoria Coach Station, which was a huge priority. Expensive for what was on offer, but it was the cheapest i could find at short notice.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and it was a terrible experience. Our room had no heating, and cold wind came through the window all night long. Because of this, my boyfriend ended up getting sick. To make matters worse, there was no internet available, and we were not allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was uncomfortable, poorly managed, and lacked basic amenities.
