"Have had a great stay at St Giles, may have been compact, however clean and convenient for the sights … All staff courteous and friendly, willing to help when approached… Such a comfortable bed with a choice of pillows … Had an amazing room overlooking Tottenham Court Road and the BT Tower … Not the quietest… however it is a main road and not an issue for me, it is what it is …. please don’t complain, just take earplugs … My only complaint although prob just a preference….
