"We had an excellent stay at the Apex. The staff was friendly and helpful. The family room was large, comfortable and had nice extras like snacks, tea, coffee, robe, slippers. "Park Plaza Waterloo was a very nice stay. Nice room, friendly staff and good gym. Only downside the pool was freezing. It says on the sign 27 degrees but it was definitely not and a lot of people said the same whilst in there. Apart from this a very pleasant stay and would return for a good spot close to tube in London. "

Many thanks to the lovely lady on the front desk who organised this for us. Good breakfast and nice coffee shop. Hotel is close to M and S and Selfridges and there is even an old London pub nearby.
