"It is hard to find a nice sized room for a family of 4 in London, not to mention one with such a great location. The room was a nice size, they let us check in early and is walking distance from many sights. We were impressed by all of the complimentary extras: bottles of water every day, snacks, tea, even a rubber duckie! Would absolutely recommend!"

The sofa in the indoor seating area was really uncomfortable, and the bedroom could do with light switches and phone charging points on both sides of the bed. A number of the TV channels didn't work. We reported leaky toilet which still wasn't fixed by the time we left 2 days later."
