"On arrival to the complex I was pleasantly surprised. It was nice and clean and staff were very accommodating. We went to our one bedroom duplex to check out our accommodation for the week, again we were pleasantly surprised. It was very nice, clean and had everything you would need for the week. The pool area was kept clean with 2 lifeguards throughout the day. The pool was never busy nor the area around so plenty of sun beds. "Lovely hotel in good location. Nice pool area stuff super friendly. Kitchen hob needs replacing IT IS VERY OLD. Beds very comfortable, rooms big. Shame you need to pay for your washing up liquid free in all the other hotels, first water of water should be free. Lovely to have new coffee mashine in the room shame welcome capsule not free like in the other hotels. "

"This is a beautiful property right on the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and one gentleman from the front desk was outstanding. However, the property is not really handicapped accessible for the spa. My elderly father who is 92, could not access the spa/sauna/hot tub on the top floor since there is no elevator and requires stairs. Also, we had tried to book our spa services in advance and they would not share the menu or information. When we got there, all the massages were booked and...
