I spent 10 days with my wife in this hotel, very large, carved into the rock, beautiful. A hundred meters away from the beautiful public and equipped beach, (the hotel provides towels) easily reachable on foot. Large room with balcony and sea view, modern furnishings. Two swimming pools and in addition a wellness room with a hydromassage tub, sauna and very well-equipped gym available free of charge. Excellent breakfast, good dinner with truly kind and welcoming staff.

This was our seventh visit to this hotel and always feels like coming home. A relaxed holiday in wonderful surroundings. I had emailed requesting a certain room, which we had, so that was very much appreciated. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard. A recent renovation of the restaurant makes this a lovely place to eat and relax. Food is varied, do miss the morning coffee service but thats a personal view. Jordi, one of the managers is fantastic and attentive. It's lovely that he recognises us each year and will spend time with you. It is a shame that despite this being our seventh visit, it was not recognised at reception when checking in. The receptionist asked us if we had ever been before and was surprised that we had! It wont stop us visiting next year, but would make the checking in experience more personal. The amadores area is lovely, quiet at this time of year as expected but you can take a short walk to Puerto Rico for more bars and restaurants. A lovely break for us and have already booked our eighth visit in June next year.

Love this hotel and our second stay, third time in a Gloria hotel. As it was our second stay, reception upgraded our room without us even asking. It suits our holiday needs well and much quieter than the first Gloria hotel we stayed in. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We stayed on half board, there is so much choice, dishes replenished quickly and very little queuing. We love the spa and use it daily. We never watch the entertainment, so can’t comment but the activities around the pool always look fun. The only thing that could do with updating for us is the TV, as they are not smart TVs but this doesn’t affect our stay and we are planning our return already.

A reasonable 4 star property. Showing its age in areas though I personally found the food offer to be good. However cocktails were rubbish Entertainment was rubbish. It's left to two people who are truly lovely but they get no support from the hotel. Evening entertainment has a budget of €0 as it's someone singing to a laptop backing track so you'll be bored The pools are nice though as are the rest of the hotel staff which is probably the saving grace

I booked this hotel because it had an exceptional rating. It was not wrong; everything was just superb. The staff are friendly and can’t help enough. The food in the buffet restaurant is fantastic - the best I have ever had at an all inclusive resort. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I cannot fault my stay at all. Book this hotel, you won’t be disappointed.
