"NH Hotels are usually very friendly and practical. I will be back to Imperial. Thank you to the staff. But at the breakfast, the staff is very noisy. They clean and take things very loudly. When the pile the plates and glasses and they talk loudly. But overall I enjoyed my stay. "

"The public spaces were lovely and the staff friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of choice and the quality was good. Served on a pretty terrace made for an enjoyable experience. The bedroom and bathroom were extremely attractive but lighting was a little confusing and the room was a tad on the dark side. Our balcony which was supposed to have garden views looked out onto other bedrooms opposite and they were very close. Because of this there was very little sun or privacy."
