"Impressive and large hotel in beautiful grounds. It is big, but well run. Breakfast impressive although busy in large dining area. Room comfy. Staff helpful and friendly. Parking included. Some excellent facilies that are well maintained. Very good value, especially if you find the best deals. "

"We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. Kids were enjoying the swimming pool. The room was clean and big enough for 4 of us. The food was good. Everyday something new and different. We did enjoy our holiday 😊"

"All inclusive: We loved the garden patio outside our room. Location good. Just cross road to lift down and then 10 mins walk to beach via fun park, shops, mini golf and waterpark. Hotel is fine. Rooms are large and clean. View to opposite mountain is just grey stone featuring an abandoned half built derelict complex. But you get used to it. No sun much before 11.30 at hotel but plenty if you go down to beach or water park. Food is fine with enough choices for the week. Can recommend the sangria and Prosecco but not the white wine which is awful. Pool is nice with plenty of sun beds and pool bar serving free drinks and snacks. Can use gym in sister hotel opposite for free, which we did. Very relaxing week in glorious sunshine and pleasant resort "

"Not really what I was expecting, but not terrible or as bad as people make it to be. It does have pros and cons. I would categorize this place more as a hotel than a resort. Bar service was limited and there was no flow to the buffet nor was it labeled as to the areas where the kids food was at. Choices for kids were limited, same with the snack bar. Food was not terrible they do have to cater the seasoning of the food to the masses. The room we had was really nice and more spacious than I expected. I did get the romantic package to surprise my family and they did a great job with it! House keeping was not what was expected they did not come clean the room (despite hanging the sign on the door requesting it and speaking to the front desk) until our 3rd day (take out the trash mainly), toiletries and coffee pods were never replenished. It was Slightly confusing as to where the entertainment amd activities were which were also limited but I am going to assume its because they are still trying to find their rhythm after reopening. Live music was pretty good just need a surround sound ;). Parking was convenient, the area was nice with the shops and water activities. Experience overall was ok again i categorze it as a hotel not a resort in the traditional sense, it is not as bad as other people make ot out to be and there is is room for improvement but i will attribute it to theor reopening and are trying to find their groove and on being better staffed."
