"An extremely well-managed and designed property. We really enjoyed the food / entertainment / room and overall facilities. Staff were great! A couple of areas to consider for an even better guest experience is: 1) Internet not always stong in our room - so needed to do conference calls in reception area 2) Reduce the Padel booking to 30 minute slots as folks may not want to use them for a full hour in the heat. "We had a lovely stay at the apartments. Everything was great. Apartments themselves were great, we had paid bit more for the one with aircon. Just to be aware there are lots of stairs to get to rooms. Lift everywhere so you can always get to it but it takes time so we mostly walked as we didn’t mind that. We had a half board and food was great, sometimes the freshly cooked meat was bit tasteless but there was always lots of other choice. Outdoor snack bar had pretty good choice of food, pizza...

"Lovely views from everywhere. Attractive and clean environment .Good beach and sea bathing - all strikingly clean. A wealth of bars and restaurants behind beach, with some decent shops too. Excellent hotel for couples with/without young children.A bit limited for older offspring.Some traffic noise from vehicles going to and from Puerto Mogan, but these are out of sight."

"Cannot fault this hotel and its facilities. Staff were polite, professional and very helpful. House-keeping is excellent. All the rooms have sea view. We were upgraded from premium room to a massive suite. Balcony was superb with sofa and jacuzzi. Breakfast was standard. Dinner in the buffet restaurant was average. The 222 restaurant is highly overpriced and food below par hence cannot recommend it. The Pool Bar is okay for lunch but there are lots of nice places to eat about 7 - 10mins walk...

"Super views - lovely pool and good facilities for the size of the hotel. Lovely staff. Food excellent but restricted meno options apart from the lovely barbecue (twice a week). Nothing much to do in the evening and you need a car if you want to get around. One shuttle to the beach and a local trip is all there is from the hotel. But for ambience and relaxing super. "

"Basic apartment but provided everything we needed. Excellent power shower and double sinks were good. We didn’t select a room with a terrace and didn’t miss it as went to beach each day - 30 minute steady pace walk away. Lack of receptionist wasn’t ideal but was able to telephone number posted on wall and they sent someone over. Rooftop pool area was clean and never had many people at it. Includes to Cabana type beds at no cost. Location is around half way between sea level and very top....

"Nice hotel built into the side of a cliff. It’s clean and well maintained, if a little dated. The rooftop pool is excellent and has lovely views, the bar is also first class and well priced. Rooms are dated, aircon wasn’t working but other than that it was comfy. "

"Excellent stay, I thought that the hotel was superb with friendly staff. The spa was included which I also thought was an added bonus, as was the mini bar. My only comment would be that the key system to the rooms was somewhat inconvenient as they would deactivate if ever close to your phone or bank cards requiring you to walk back to reception. Also the gate to the pool was in an inconvenient position as you need a key to access the toilets. Otherwise I cannot fault the stay. "

Beautiful hotel in very quiet location .

"Amazing hotel for relaxing holiday , make sure you book essential all inclusive, it will give you access to a different restaurant to have breakfast and dinner , food was delish , great choice and good selection, beautiful views from junior suite rooms on higher floors , staff is super friendly . I don’t say that often , but I would definitely return . It was amazing stay !!! "

Apartamentos LAS Caracolas, Puerto de Mogán 1A

Brilliant Apartment in Central Location

"Just returned from a wonderful stay at Las Caracolas in Puerto Mogán. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and marina. Communication from the owner, Tino was great. We hired a car for the week and parked in the underground car park for the week on Tino’s suggestion @ €45 for the week. Bear in mind if you have an early flight back the car park doesn’t open till 8am. We just found a free overnight space on the street for our last night. The apartment has everything you need for a self catering break, oven, hob, fridge freezer, iron, ironing board, washer etc. The double bed was super comfy! Towels and beach towels were provided. "
