"The room itself was nice. Very quaint. But the sink leaked, nobs on the shower doors fell off and ants were readily present. The property looked tired and rundown. "A great location right on the lake in Hakone. Although it looked to be fully booked we did not see other guests and it was lovely and peaceful.
