Also the grounds are stunning—beautiful gardens and a close hiking trail. Onsen was great and mostly empty with a stunning view and you could track how busy it was from your hotel room before venturing forth. I will most definitely be back. Dinner is expensive as a heads up."

The staff were wonderful and so helpful and we enjoyed our favourite meal of the trip in the sushi restaurant. Most definitely a highlight.
