"All the staff were incredible particularly Habiba, Front Desk Manager,who gets a Gold Star for Service, Mosehli, Manager, and Khamis who handled our bags and showed us the property upon arrival and was very helpful at our departure. Saner and Nancy in the evening Front Desk were very helpful. Helal from Housekeeping as well as Mohammad. Ibrahim and Ms. Amal from Breakfast were also very helpful. "This hotel is ideally situated for the pyramids and sites to visit around Giza. It is not a five star hotel and is basic but is clean and the staff can not do to much for you. Food is good but don't be in a rush as they are a little slow to serve. there are lots of stairs like most of Giza so be prepared. If you have alllergies bring a list in Arabic but double check every time as they tend not to stick to it. finally this hotel is down some back streets, even taxi drive had trouble finding it"

" was everything okay? Not acceptable was water problem no water cold hot water is very very hot. What was nice cleaning was okay my room is balcony door was broke. I asked many times. Repair it but not taking any serious. Ask hot cold water. Repair it now taking the scene. No we need to be the customer service rubbish and they charge me more money than was agreed 95."
