They assigned me a person driver to pick me up from the airport and a tour guide, I asked about food on the way from the airport to the hotel and they held the kitchen open for me to arrive. "Perfect location for a pyramids visit. Very Noisy area though as the roads are chaotic. The staff were all brilliant and went over and above to help us out when we had a family medical issue, even sending a member of staff with us to the hospital to translate.
