"I always stay at hotel weekend I am arriving into or departing from Cairo. It's super convenient, with a free 24-hour shuttle service. The best thing about the hotel is the staff: they are super helpful, friendly, and accomodating. The only negative is that smoking is still allowed in rooms, so even if you request a non-smoking room, the smoke will still drift in from your neighbors making it stuffy and hard to breathe. "

I didn’t like the furniture that needs upgrading within 2-3 years, I didn’t like room service that needed a new menu and chef, I didn’t like the relative lack of training of staff at concierge and overall. I didn’t like the Lebanese restaurant Zaitouni; it should be replaced immediately. "
