The only down falls were the location is very far from many of the museums/places to visit and visitors are only allowed in lobby and maybe pool side. "We enjoyed our stay, the food was great, facilities were clean and well maintained. Our room service was spot on and when we left the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door one day and the staff did not clean the room - the next day they left a lovely bowl of fruit to say sorry. The pool and pool area was wonderful. We will be staying here on our next visit to Cairo and recommend this delightful hotel."

"I can't speak highly enough of new museum guest house. I would give it 10 stars if i could. Great service, amazing hospitality, amazing view of pyramids from balcony, great location, great breakfast. Outside the hotel is a lil rough but inside was immaculate. Their office is on 3rd floor not the one they're remodeling on ground floor. Booked pyramid tour, museum tour and nile river boat show/dinner with them. I will absolutely be staying here again"
