"From my arrival to departure this Hotel was amazing the staff were amazing a special thanks to the concierge he was polite and helpful. Upon arrival 8am I was hoping to drop off my suitcase but my room was ready so they checked me and and advised to have. Long awaited shower and rest. This is exactly what I needed and although I had to change rooms as they couldn’t turn the heater down but nothing was too much trouble. "This property is right in LHR which makes getting to your flight a breeze. We were on the 13th floor and the room was very quiet. The windows have great noise reduction, I could not hear the airport, but I could view all the planes flying in an out."
