"We were welcomed and helped by staff, and check in/out was easy. Previous reviews complained of the elevators being slow but we had two working elevators that worked just fine. Our room had a great view of the sears tower and it's a great location. The pool was a bonus, although it was quite crowded. The breakfast was great and they even had a social night for guests one of the nights we were there. We had hot chocolate from the lobby everyday."

"I liked the convenience of getting to the airport (24 hour shuttle service every 20 minutes); however, that means you are far from the downtown area. The pool was a little murky but the breakfast was pretty good and the room was great!"

"Upgrades to the property are pretty awesome. The robot showing us to our seat and singing happy bday was definitely a great touch."

"Overall the Jazlin Hotel had all the right accomodations me and my friends needed. The location was right near Chinatown so we could peruse all the shops, which was amazing, and we had easy access to local food and bus routes. There was a small gym I was able to use in the early morning which was kept clean, and while our room wasn't the most spacious it had plenty of space for me, my two friends, and our belongings. Service was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely come back here again for an affordable stay!"
