"I would definitely stay here again. The queen roomis so spacious. There is a mini refrigerator, a safe, two bottles of complimentary bottles of water-nice. There is plenty of drawers to put your clothes in- thoughtful. The congress plaza hotel also included a coffee pot with coffee and tea-conveient. There is one problem-the paint smell in the room. This was a little uncomfortable for me. Other than that, I say it was a really good hotel for your buck. Oh, I forgot to mention the free continental breakfast that is served in the restaurant downstairs. So, thoughtfull. I would definitely recommend The Congress Plaza hotel to anyone. "

"Very clean and great location to most area attractions. Close to lots of restaurants, easy access to public transportation. Pool and hot tub area was wonderful. Only down side is the cost of parking at facility. Would recommend going elsewhere to park "

"Stayed in the Penthouse suite with the skyline view. It was beyond what I expected. The lobby and hallways were sparkling clean. I always could see someone cleaning, and it smelled fresh every time going in and out. The room, the view, the soaking tub, the heated bathroom floor, the ambient lighting under the kitchen cabinets. Wish I’d stayed longer. "

"We stayed at Sentral after a trip to the Shedd with the kids. We had a great day and evening in the city and when we finally got to our room, we couldn't believe it! It was so spacious, we could have stayed for a week. Full kitchen, stocked with appliances, utensils, plates and glasses. Two full baths, two bedrooms and more closet space than we could have possibly used. Location was close to everything you'd need. We'll definitely be back."
